Service agreement and conditions for professional carpet cleaning services provided by Jack's Carpet Cleaning.

By scheduling carpet cleaning services with Jack's Carpet Cleaning, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the customer) and Jack's Carpet Cleaning (the service provider).
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. We will contact you to confirm your scheduled service time and provide arrival estimates.
Customer must provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned. Additional fees may apply if furniture moving is required beyond normal service scope.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. Any significant price changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Jack's Carpet Cleaning carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or, if that is not possible, replacement value not to exceed $500 per incident unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive satisfaction policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team.
